1. Requesting removal

If you own the rights to something on the site, or act for the owner, email legal@juicewrldgrail.com with:

• who you are and, if you act for someone, on whose behalf;
• the work you own;
• exact links on juicewrldgrail.com to the material;
• your contact details (name, email, and postal address for formal DMCA notices);
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information is accurate and you are allowed to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

2. What happens next

We review requests quickly, usually within a few business days, and remove or disable the material if the request is valid. We may ask for more details if something is missing. Knowingly false claims can have legal consequences.

3. Counter-notice

If something you uploaded (for example a playlist cover or avatar) was removed by mistake, reply with the removed item, a statement in good faith that it was a mistake, your contact details and consent to the jurisdiction of your local court. We may pass it to the person who filed the original request.

4. Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are banned.
