Account deletion

1. Delete it yourself

Open Settings, go to Account, press Delete account and type your username to confirm. The account is then scheduled for deletion in 7 days. If you sign in again during that period, deletion is cancelled. After 7 days without signing in, the account and its data are removed permanently.

2. What gets removed

• Your profile: username, display name, avatar, banner and bio.
• Your synced library: favourites, playlists and their covers, saved collections, likes and follows.
• Personal listening history and stats linked to the account.
• Your public playlists disappear for everyone.

3. What stays

Total play counts that are already part of the charts stay, because they no longer point to you. We may keep a minimal record if the law requires it or to deal with abuse.

4. No access to the account?

Email legal@juicewrldgrail.com from the address of the Google or Discord account you signed in with, with the subject "Account deletion" and your username. Never send passwords or codes. We will confirm when it is done.

5. Data on your device

Things stored only in your browser are not on our servers. Remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
